The Boy & The Heron
About this project
Inspired by the special “Fashioning San Francisco: A Century of Style”, I created my newest floral sculpture “The Boy & The Heron”.
This floral fashion was inspired by my wish to include men’s fashion as part of the “Fashioning San Francisco” exhibition, my husband’s Irish/Scottish ancestry, my love for Golden Gate Park, gardens in the City, and Blue Heron Lake (formerly Stow Lake).
